EDI Analyst - Chicago, IL (Remote or Hybrid)

We are seeking an EDI Analyst for a global Logistics Software company based out of Chicago, IL. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company and play a key role in the ongoing development and optimization of their EDI systems.

Job Functions

• Design, develop, and maintain EDI solutions using Cleo Integration Cloud and Cleo Clarify.

• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for EDI integrations.

• Ensure seamless data exchange between the company and its client partners.

• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI issues, including mapping errors, communication failures, and data discrepancies.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and address EDI challenges.

• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging EDI standards.

• Work closely with ERP and logistics software systems to facilitate smooth data flow.

• Develop and maintain APIs and web services using XML and JSON formats.

• Create and execute SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

• Utilize SOAP and REST protocols for integration with various systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an EDI Analyst with a strong understanding of EDI standards and protocols.

• Hands-on experience with Cleo Integration Cloud and Cleo Clarify is required.

• Proficiency in API development and web service technologies (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST).

• Experience integrating with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is essential.

• Experience with logistics software is highly preferred.

• Strong database skills with Oracle or SQL.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
